"Sunrise Summit" was recorded in the Spring of 2021 at Citizen Vinyl in Asheville, NC. It is a five track EP of original fiddle tunes by Lily, besides the tune "If andOnly If" written by fantastic Dublin-based musician, Caoimhín Ó Raghallaigh. Lily is joined by fellow NEC graduate and Australian bass player James Heazlewood-Dale and legendary Irish guitarist John Doyle. We were extremely lucky to have been able to create this personal project safely in the midst of COVID-19, and this recording feels like a reflection of what the last year has meant in terms of adaptation for musicians and performers in the face of the Pandemic and all of the global issues that emerge everyday.
